Submission deadline
Participants to the AnaEE 2026 Science Conference are welcomed to submit abstracts for either poster or oral presentations. Abstracts should address one of the topic of the conference, and match the overall scope of AnaEE-ERIC for the development of global change and experimental ecology. Authors are invited to select one track (one of the session names), and should appoint at least one of them as presenter.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee and submitters will be informed of the acceptation before July 13, 2025.
Accepted abstracts will be made available publicly through the website of the conference, and referenced with a DOI.
Note Bene: Abstracts that do not include at least one registered participant (the speaker or presenter) prior to the deadline of June 15, 2026 will not be considered.
How to submit the abstract
If you register before submitting an abstrct, you may submit it directly after. You may also submit your abstract before registering, which requiers an Indico account. It is easy to create an account by clicking "create one here" in the dialog box (see image).
Contact the conference admin staff if you encounter difficuties with creating an account.
